To ensure smooth installation and
optimal performance, it’s important that your system meets the required
specifications. This guide will walk you through the pre-requisites for CAPSturn and provide a
detailed installation procedure.
System Requirements for
CAPSturn Software
Before starting the installation of CAPSturn, ensure your
system meets the following minimum requirements:

Requirements
- Processor: Intel Core i5 or higher
- RAM: 8GB or more
- Hard Drive: A separate hard disk partition
for installation (other than C drive)
- Operating System: Windows 10 or newer (Ensure your
operating system is up to date for best performance)
- USB Port: A functional USB port for the
Dongle connection
CAPSturn Installation
Procedure
Once your system meets the
requirements, follow these steps to install CAPSturn and get started with your work.
Step 1: Download Setup
Files
- Copy CAPSturn and dongle driver
from product CD
- Or download the CAPSturn and Dongle driver
setup files from the provided link.
- Save downloaded files to a
location you can easily access (e.g., Desktop or Downloads folder).
Step 2: Install the Dongle
Driver
- Locate and run the Dongle driver setup
file.

- Follow the on-screen instructions
to install the Dongle
driver.

Step 3: Install CAPSturn
Software
- Run the CAPSturn installer.

- During installation, choose a destination folder
on a drive other than the C
drive (e.g., D drive or E drive)

- Follow the installation wizard’s
prompts, accept the license agreement, and select the desired installation
options.
- Click Install to begin the installation and Finish once the
installation is complete.
Step 4: Connect the Dongle
- Plug the Dongle into a
functional USB port
on your computer.
- Ensure that the system properly
detects and recognizes the Dongle.
Step 5: Launch CAPSturn
Software
- Locate the CAPSturn desktop icon
and double-click it to launch the software.
- The software should open, and you’ll
be ready to begin using CAPSturn
for your projects.
Additionally, please keep backup of the
CAPSturn files for future re-installation purposes.
These steps ensure a smooth
installation and optimal software performance.
